We are increasing our efforts in region Central / Overseas – and to meet our ambitious goals we need a motivational leader with strong execution skills to inspire and support the region. Besides your team, you will also work closely with the country management within the region to fulfil the potential. 

TRAIN, INSPIRE AND GROW
As Regional Sales Manager, your overall responsibility is to ensure the continuous development of our wholesale customers and key accounts through developing and executing sales strategies and concepts. You inspire, train and motivate your team to strengthen and develop JJXX’s position in your markets, and your responsibility is to ensure that JJXX meet the needs of our customers.

Your areas of responsibilities are:  

  • Lead and support your strong and dedicated team 
  • Grow people to grow business 
  • Strengthen JJXX’s market positioning  
  • Develop the right strategies and tactics to gain competitive advantages 
  • Build, expand and develop customer relations with key accounts and wholesale customers  
  • Making sure that defined goals are reached

YOUR PROFILE
You will play a significant role in JJXX’s further development, so it is important that you are a natural leader who can take responsibility for an area with great growth potential. You have a commercial mindset and strong analytical skills, enabling you to develop the right strategy and tactical initiatives. You possess excellent communication skills along with a high personal drive and a winning mentality. You are result-oriented and understand both wholesale, key account and online business. You have the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve strategic goals and increase sales. You are a strong team player who fosters collaboration and a supportive work environment. You thrive in dynamic settings where ideas flow, and you understand the power of teamwork in achieving ambitious goals. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong international sales experience from a similar position within the fashion industry  
  • Proven track record (min. 5 years in similar positions) demonstrating your ability to translate sales strategies into actions that create results 
  • Good at building and maintaining customer relations 
  • Experience in working across cultures 
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent business acumen  
  • Managerial experience is essential  
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
