With strong execution skills and a proactive mindset, you will inspire and support the region, working closely with a committed and driven sales team. Besides your team, you will also work closely with the country management within the region to grow our presence in your markets and shape what’s next for JJXX.
YOUR ROLE
This role is all about driving sales and results. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and concepts, supporting your team, and making sure we meet our goals. You’ll play a key role in building long-term partnerships with our wholesale customers and key accounts – always with the customer at the centre.
Your areas of responsibility include:
- Growing people to grow business
- Strengthening JJXX’s position in your markets
- Developing the right strategies and tactics to gain competitive advantages
- Building, expanding and developing customer relations with key accounts and wholesale customers
- Making sure we deliver on our goals and plans.

YOUR PROFILE
You are independent, know how to get things done, and enjoy working across cultures. Sales is your thing; you understand wholesale, key account and online business – and you bring both experience and energy to the table. You thrive in dynamic settings where ideas flow, and you understand the power of teamwork in achieving ambitious goals.
In addition, you have the following specific qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience from a similar role in the fashion industry
- A proven ability to turn strategy into results
- Skilled at building strong customer relationships and negotiating to drive long-term business success
- Experience working across cultures
- Fluent English skills – written and spoken.
