YOUR TEAM
You will become part of our Outlet Team based at our headquarters in Brande, Denmark – a dedicated group consisting of a Head of Outlet, Buyer, Buying Assistant, Planner, Visual Merchandisers, and Outlet Coordinator.
Together, we drive the growth of our Outlet business across 100+ stores in 20 countries.
The Outlet team is part of our Retail Department – more than 30 specialists working across retail operations, Planning & Buying, Visual Merchandising, Digital, Expansion, Project Management and Store Concept. With us, you’ll experience a dynamic and international environment with a strong social culture, where teamwork and individual growth go hand in hand.

YOUR JOB
As JJXX Retail Buyer, you play a key role in securing the right product assortment and commercial setup across stores. You will turn data into action – combining performance insights, trend awareness, and local needs into relevant product selections and strategies.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing buying strategies aligned with commercial targets
• Preparing and analyzing country and category performance ahead of each buying season
• Building and maintaining product packages per store, ensuring the right balance between NOOS, trend, and volume styles
• Monitoring sales performance, identifying top sellers and optimization opportunities
• Preparing sale and markdown strategies to support sell-through and margin goals
• Supporting store openings and expansions with tailored product packages
• Collaborating closely with Visual Merchandisers to secure impactful product presentation and customer journey in-store.

YOUR PROFILE
You are a commercially minded and analytical profile who loves turning numbers and trends into business results. You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy working across teams and markets where you use your good communication skills.

We imagine that you:

• Hold a relevant degree in business, retail, or economics – or bring relevant buying experience from retail
• Have strong Excel skills, experience with forecasting or reporting tools is a plus
• Are organized, structured and able to work with several projects at once
• Bring a trend-oriented mindset and passion for young women’s fashion
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.

It’s a plus if you already have some buying, planning or retail experience – but we are also open to a candidate with limited experience who brings the right mindset and drive.
