YOUR TEAM
You will become part of our Planning & Buying Team based at our headquarters in Brande, Denmark – a dedicated group consisting of a Planning & Buying Manager, Senior Planner, Retail Planner, Retail Buyer JACK&JONES, Head of Retail Buying JJXX, Retail Buyer JJXX. Together, we drive the growth of our Retail business across 850+ stores in 15 countries.
The Planning & Buying team is part of our Retail Department – more than 30 specialists working across retail operations, Outlet, Visual Merchandising, Digital, Expansion, Project Management and Store Concept.

YOUR JOB
As a Retail Operations Specialist, you ensure that our retail setup runs with precision. You combine structure, system understanding and commercial awareness to secure that our stores have the right products, at the right time, in the right setup.
You will be the go-to person when it comes to retail data discipline and execution – and you won’t hesitate to flag what doesn’t add up.
You will:

• Prepare and analyse country and category performance ahead of each buying season.
• Build and maintain product packages per store, balancing NOOS, trend and volume styles.
• Ensure correct execution of store openings and expansions.
• Create and distribute the weekly newsletter with commercial strategy updates.
• Collaborate with Warehouse regarding set-asides, releases and PODs.
• Secure data accuracy across style hierarchy, drops and campaign setup.
• Execute order checks and protect governance and agreed setups.
• Support countries with system and process-related questions.

In short: You make sure our retail machine runs sharp, structured and commercially aligned.

You are structured and commercially aware — but just as importantly, you are a strong communicator who takes initiative and keeps things moving. You understand that great retail performance is created when the team is aligned, the data is sharp and everyone stays on track.
You take ownership of your tasks, follow through on details and support both your team and our stores with clarity and confidence.
We imagine that you:

• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
• Are experienced in the Microsoft package – especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Are comfortable working across systems (Best Info experience is a plus).
• Take initiative, follow up proactively and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Stay structured and focused, even when handling multiple deadlines.
