We’re looking for two passionate and driven Regional Sales Managers – one focusing on the markets UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, MENA, and the other focusing on Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Central North Europe and Central South Europe. Both positions come with equal responsibility, a strong team to lead, and the opportunity to make a real impact on JJXX’s growth journey.

As a motivational leader with strong execution skills, you inspire and support your region, working closely with a committed and driven sales team. Alongside your sales team in the countries, you will also work closely with the country management within your markets to grow our presence  and shape what’s next for JJXX.

YOUR ROLE
This role is all about leading people and driving results. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and concepts, supporting your team, and making sure we meet our ambitious goals.  Most importantly, you’ll be out in the market, building and strengthening long-term partnerships with wholesale customers and key accounts.

Your areas of responsibility include:

• Leading and motivating the Country Sales Managers and the sales people in the countries 
• Strengthening JJXX’s position in your markets 
• Developing the right strategies and tactics to gain competitive advantages 
• Building, expanding and developing customer relations with key accounts and wholesale customers 
• Closing deals and negotiating contracts with major key accounts 
• Ensuring that  we deliver on our goals and plans.

In addition, you have the following specific qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience from a similar role in the fashion industry 
• A proven ability to turn strategy into results 
• Skilled at building strong customer relationships and negotiating to drive long-term success 
• Experience leading and motivating a team 
• Experience working across cultures 
• Fluent English skills – written and spoken
