We need a dynamic, visionary leader to spearhead this exciting new chapter. As our JJXX Manager, you'll be more than just a manager—you'll be the face and architect of the JJXX experience. 

Being a Manager is:

• Achieving and surpassing ambitious sales and operational goals
• Deliver training and coaching to your team to ensure they deliver results by regularly evaluating performance.
• Creating a positive, inclusive and empowering environment for both colleagues and your customers
• Presenting our collections in a way that inspires customers and will maximise sales
• Ensuring all procedures related to store operations is completed in a timely manner
