If so, you might be the one we are looking for to become Category Manager at NOISY MAY, leading our knit and outerwear collections. We are seeking a commercially driven negotiator with proven leadership experience, who can contribute to our continued success and growth.

THE TEAM
You will join an ambitious and dynamic team of dedicated and skilled colleagues, collaborating closely with buying, design and sales and you will have the overall responsibility for the knit and outerwear categories across Main, NOOS (“Never Out Of Stock”) and Express collections. NOISY MAY, as a brand, is undergoing exciting development, and you will play an important role be leading our knit and outerwear team within NOISY MAY’s buying and design department. THE ROLE
As Category Manager, you will lead and develop a team of four buying colleagues, inspiring them to perform at their best and supporting their growth. Together with your team, you will select the right products to meet diverse market needs and work closely with Design, Sales, and suppliers to build strong knit collections, while also contributing to outerwear development. You will play a strategic role in shaping the category together with the International Buying & Product Manager and the leadership team – aligning on product direction, optimising workflows, and identifying new opportunities that strengthen both the department and the business.
More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Leading and developing your team of four, ensuring their growth and strong performance
• Building and maintaining close supplier relationships and key accounts to secure strong partnerships and profitable results
• Driving the development of knit and outerwear collections in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Negotiating quality, price, and delivery with suppliers while supporting their continuous development

Along with that, you bring:

• Strong knowledge of the international fashion market, including consumer behaviour and brand positioning
• Solid experience as a buyer
• Proven experience in leading and developing a team
• Hands-on experience in participating in and presenting collections
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
