At NOISY MAY, we value teamwork, dedication, attention to detail, and we are looking for an independent and skilled Graphic Responsible ready to join our Marketing team, while our colleague is on maternity leave. 

THE TEAM 
You will become part of a small, dynamic, and passionate Marketing team, where creativity and collaboration are key. With a hands-on approach and a high level of agility, you will have the opportunity to bring ideas to life quickly and make a real impact. You will act as a key sparring partner to our Marketing Responsible and provide guidance and sparring to our Graphic Design team, while working closely with our E-commerce team to ensure a strong and cohesive brand presence across all platforms.

THE JOB 
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining NOISY MAY’s graphic design and visual expression across all platforms. You will provide sparring for our graphic team and lead the development of creative concepts across both online and offline channels – from campaign ideas and lookbooks to internal photoshoots, on-set art direction, and handing over final materials to the team. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that all visual touchpoints align with the brand strategy and create cohesive visual communication across marketing, e-commerce, and SoMe. 

Specifically, your responsibilities include:  

• Creating and delivering engaging visual content for offline and online platforms – both photo and video 
• Developing NOISY MAY's brand expression in alignment with the overall brand strategy  
• Managing deadlines and project timelines, ensuring clarity and structure

YOUR PROFILE 
You bring experience from a similar role, where you have gained strong graphic skills – preferably within the creative industry, ideally fashion. With experience in overseeing the overall graphic direction, you ensure visual consistency across platforms. You have a visual mindset that enables you to bring ideas to life. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects at once, you thrive in collaboration but are also confident working independently. You take a proactive approach and are comfortable driving new initiatives forward. 

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:  

• Education in graphic design 
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Experience in video production and photography
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
