Are you driven by finding the right products for your customers and build strong, lasting relationships? Do you use data to shape and execute sales strategies that create growth? Then this is your chance to play a key role in developing and expanding NOISY MAY’s partnerships with key markets and biggest account – by bringing the right products to market, tailored to specific customer needs and market insights.

At NOISY MAY, we’re looking for a strong and energetic Sales & Product Manager who is passionate about both product and data – and ready to help grow our NOOS (Never Out of Stock) business.

YOUR TEAM
In our NOOS team, you will become part of a team of seven dedicated colleagues working with our NOOS, replenishment business. We play a key role in ensuring that the right products are always available for our customers – both in our central warehouses and in their stores. In our team, you are given freedom to contribute in your own way, with the responsibility of contributing to our shared success - and at the same time experiencing strong social bonds and a genuine interest in one another. You will work closely with stakeholders across Noisy May such as Sales and Buying – giving you a broad organisational touchpoint and insight into our value chain.

YOUR ROLE
As Sales and Product Manager you are responsible for driving NOOS sales to our customers by ensuring they always have the right products in their package to support growth. You lead the development and follow-up of NOOS collections, combining analytical insight and commercial thinking to shape a strong style package that meets the needs of key markets and accounts. In collaboration with the sales and buying teams, you ensure collections perform across markets, align with demand, and support commercial goals. You own the process between sales and product, ensuring flow and structure while using customer sales data to identify growth opportunities. Using insights from KPIs and feedback, you plan and coordinate NOOS collections with a strong focus on budget, availability, and timing. You take ownership across collections, making sure we get the right feedback from customers, sales and product – and that it is shared clearly and in time to support a and effective product development process.

More specifically your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Drive growth through existing and new NOOS products
  • Ensure a strong and timely product pipeline for sales channels and key accounts
  • Contributing to the creation of capsules, droplets and seasonal add-ons
  • Oversee and improve customer coverage by identifying high-performing products and securing their presence across relevant accounts and markets.
  • Identify gap's throughout the season and make sure to close them with relevant products with the right timing
  • Participate actively in the product development of NOOS Collections together with buying and design colleagues
  • Ensure local sales teams have the necessary product and performance knowledge of NOOS

YOUR BENEFITS

  • You will help find the right products to drive turnover and play a key role in shaping our NOOS package – with real influence and visible impact
  • You will be part of a team with a strong sense of unity, working together to achieve goals
  • Your personal and professional development is important to us, as we believe taking care of our employees is vital for our growth

YOUR PROFILE
You are results-driven and ambitious, combining data and fashion insight to identify high-performing products and deliver targeted sales initiatives. You bring strong business acumen and a proven track record of turning strategy into action, supported by hands-on experience from the textile or fashion industry. You make decisions with confidence and take the lead when needed, while actively valuing feedback and input from others. By gathering insights and considering diverse perspectives, you form a clear direction that drives strong and informed results. Used to working cross-functionally, you collaborate across functions, build strong relationships, and communicate clearly to ensure alignment. You adapt your communication to different stakeholders and foster a trusting, team-oriented atmosphere that drives results.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Strong experience in the textile industry has given you both solid product expertise and a track record in sales
  • Strong analytical skills and good business acumen
  • Natural interest in and flair for fashion and trends
