THE TEAM
You will play a central role in NOISY MAY’s energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented CBO Sales department in Aarhus. The focus of the CBO department is on achieving the best results together with our biggest online customers as well as our own e-commerce channel noisymay.com. Each of us is responsible for being a business partner for our key customers such as Zalando, Asos, About You, and other large online accounts. Our highest priority is to ensure that our customers are experiencing the highest service level, best product package and outstanding cooperation.

THE POSITION
As Sales Responsible for CBO your primary responsibility is to sell the optimal product package to our largest e-commerce partners. This requires a close daily dialogue with our customers, Key Account Managers, and above all the buying and design team and you will play a crucial part in ensuring an optimal workflow.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining close relationships with our customers through daily contact
• Following up on and analyzing sales figures and performance
• Selling a focused product package from start to finish in line with the brand’s DNA
• Keeping an eye out for sales opportunities through best performance and product gaps
• Developing new products together with the Product Responsibles
• Playing an active role in the order-check process to maximize potential
• Contributing to building a NOISY winner team with a kick-ass atmosphere and motivation to smash our targets

You are deeply passionate about fashion, trends, and tendencies, and staying up to date on what’s working well in your markets comes naturally to you. You are a creative sales mind by nature and enjoy the thrill of reaching targets. At the same time, you maintain an ongoing overview, work in a structured manner, and combine your creative mindset with your analytical flair. In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• Preferably an educational background in sales, retail, supply chain management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience with B2B key account management and/or online sales channels, so you can translate sales strategies into result-driven actions
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); German is considered an advantage
• Proficiency in the Microsoft package/Google Docs
