Apply for Job
Do you know how to utilize your analytical skills to ensure a smooth flow of products?
Are you driven by the opportunity to make a real impact on the growth of a fashion brand through your commercial insights?
At NOISY MAY, we are looking for a Demand Planner to join our NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) team. In this role, you will take ownership of planning within your area, applying your data-driven mindset and business acumen to ensure optimal product availability and support our growth.
YOUR TEAM
In our NOOS team, you will become part of a team of seven dedicated colleagues working with our NOOS replenishment business. We play a key role in ensuring that the right products are always available for our customers – both in our central warehouses and in their stores. In our team, you will experience freedom with responsibility, a driven and goal-oriented atmosphere – and at the same time, strong social bonds and a genuine interest in one another. You will work closely with stakeholders across Noisy May such as Sales and Buying, giving you a broad organisational touchpoint and insight into our value chain.
YOUR ROLE
As Senior Demand Planner, you are responsible for managing forecasts and inventories for your product categories, making sure we have the right products at the right time. You work across planning, sales, buying and sourcing to maintain stock levels, forecast sales, support commercial performance and continuously improve planning processes. You take full ownership of your area – acting as the go-to person and making decisions based on insights, always aligned with strategy and budget. You are involved in the collection process, contributing to the commercial strategy, product portfolio and price mix. You also work closely with suppliers through forecast agreements that improve accuracy and strengthen collaboration. With a clear understanding of how customers, sales and sourcing connect, you turn complexity into clear, informed planning.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Optimizing sales forecasting and goods flow through sales and stock analyses
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers
- Making planning decisions based on sales trends and product lifecycle stages
- Collaborating with suppliers for buffer stock, capacity, and raw material bookings, ensuring an agile supply chain setup
- Providing sales trend and inventory level reports
- Performing ad hoc analyses and developing process optimization tools.
- Collecting useful insights and forecast inputs from your stakeholder-network
YOUR BENEFITS
- You will be part of a team with a strong sense of unity, working together to achieve goals
- Your personal and professional development is important to us, as we believe taking care of our employees is vital for our growth
- Empowered decision-making, with autonomy to drive initiatives and implement improvements.
- Flexibility in work hours and location, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
- Strong influence on shaping processes and defining best practices, allowing for ownership and innovation.
YOUR PROFILE
As an analytical individual, you bring a structured approach to your work and excel at leveraging the extensive data available to the planning team. Strong communication skills enable you to identify key decision-making factors and take appropriate actions. You are motivated by taking responsibility for your own area, and you are driven to make a meaningful impact. You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, and you are confident in making vital and influential decisions independently. Additionally, you possess excellent cooperative skills, enabling you to grow relations with partners at all levels and across borders.
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Degree in Business or Economics, preferably within Supply Chain Management, Logistics or International Business.
- Strong experience in planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic coding skills
- Expertise with SQL, power bi and power query is an advantage
