At NOISY MAY, we’re looking for a Social Media Responsible to lead and grow our presence across social platforms - a role that combines content planning, concept development and daily execution to strengthen how we engage and grow across our social channels

THE TEAM 
You will become part of a small, dynamic, and passionate Marketing team, where creativity and collaboration are key. With a hands-on approach and a high level of agility, you will have the opportunity to bring ideas to life quickly and make a real impact. You will work in-depth with Social Media and influencer marketing while being in close collaboration with our E-commerce team to create a strong and cohesive brand presence across platforms.  

YOUR JOB 
As our Social Media Responsible, you will together with your team develop and oversee the social media strategy for NOISY MAY across all digital channels. You will be responsible for managing all influencer collaborations internationally, from initial contact and negotiation to contract management. Additionally, you will stay up to date on the latest trends and developments across digital platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, ensuring that our strategies remain innovative and relevant. You will manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously to ensure that all social marketing initiatives align with the marketing calendar, seasonal priorities, and brand DNA.  

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Planning and coordinating content for Instagram and TikTok 
• Driving growth across social platforms through strategic execution and performance analysis to strengthen community engagement
• Planning and coordinating influencer events
• Execute the SoMe strategy for NOISY MAY in close collaboration with the team, while tracking ROI and evaluating performance results.

YOUR PROFILE 
You have experience in a similar role and bring a strong passion for fashion and content creation—demonstrated through your studies, side projects, or personal platforms. As a person, you are driven, curious, and excited about making our social media platforms even better and know how to create engaging and aesthetic content. You stay on top of trends and know what makes content perform. You are confident using data to guide decisions and bring strong business sense to the table. Organised and structured, you manage multiple projects with ease and work well both independently and in a team. 

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:  

• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in digital marketing or communication 
• Solid experience in creating and coordinating organic content 
• Experience in managing paid social advertising campaigns and budget management 
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
