OBJECT is looking for an Art Director to join our Marketing team and bring ideas to life through impactful campaigns across both digital and physical touchpoints. This role combines concept development, art direction, styling and graphic execution.

BRING YOUR CREATIVITY TO LIFE
As Art Director, you will play an important role in shaping and executing OBJECT's campaigns. Your primary focus will be developing creative consumer-facing campaigns as well as concepts that support our sales organisation, working closely with our Senior Photographer and the wider Marketing team. This is a hands-on role where strategic thinking and creative vision go hand in hand with execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing creative concepts and campaigns, approximately six campaigns per year
  • Providing art direction across campaigns, shoots and visual content
  • Managing model casting and styling for campaign productions
  • Creating looks and lookbook material using AI-powered tools
  • Designing graphic layouts and visual assets for both online and offline channels
  • Preparing print-ready artwork and setting up files in relevant digital platforms
  • Ensuring a consistent and inspiring OBJECT visual identity across all platforms, materials and customer touchpoints

YOUR PROFILE
You are naturally creative, visually strong and genuinely interested in fashion, lifestyle and contemporary visual culture. You enjoy taking ownership of creative concepts and have a sharp eye for ideas, aesthetics and execution. You are organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and committed to delivering high-quality work to deadline. At the same time, you are curious about new technologies and motivated by exploring new ways of working creatively, including the use of AI. You enjoy collaborating with others, while also being comfortable working independently and adapting when priorities, opportunities or creative directions evolve.

We imagine that you bring:

  • A background in Graphic Design, with experience shaping the visual direction of campaigns, shoots and styling projects
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience using AI tools, ideally for look development and image generation
  • Experience developing copy and creative messaging for concepts and campaigns
  • Fluent written and spoken English
