THE TEAM
You will join a skilled and ambitious regional sales team with three dedicated colleagues leading sales across different regions. We value an informal tone, open sparring and creating results together. Alongside 12 passionate colleagues in our energetic and social sales department, you will play a central role in driving growth and ensuring OBJECT’s continued success. 

THE JOB 
As Sales & Product Responsible for the UK and Germany, you are responsible for driving sales, growth and performance in both markets. You make sure sales teams work towards clear goals with a strong focus on efforts, results and market development. You connect market and key account insights with the product development process, ensuring collections match demand and customers always have the right products at the right time. By combining sales responsibility with product insight, you secure continuous growth and strong partnerships. 

Your tasks will include:  

  • Daily follow-up with our local sales representatives in UK & Germany
  • Take part in selling our collections directly to chosen Key Accounts, such as Zalando and About You
  • Optimize the product offering, including the right price/quality and category mix 
  • Daily and weekly follow-up on sales, inventory figures, and product performance
  • Build-up, expand, and develop Key customer relations
  • Responsible for the budgets

YOUR PROFILE 
To succeed in this role, you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where performance and results drive you forward. You are motivated by sales and enjoy working target-driven, always keeping a close eye on KPIs and opportunities to grow the business. Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues comes naturally to you, and you know how to turn strategic plans into concrete sales initiatives that deliver results. 

Moreover, we are looking for someone who:  

  • Brings strong product knowledge and the ability to identify local market needs
  • Has minimum 3–4 years of sales experience from the fashion industry, ideally experience with online key accounts and the wholesale markets in Germany and the UK
  • Can translate sales strategies into concrete actions that deliver measurable results
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
