This new team member will play a key role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals while keeping our business competitive and innovative. They will be responsible for maximizing the potential of our sales team.

Responsibilities:
Drive growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying up to date with new products and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
Fluent in English.
Proven success as a Key Account Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels within the organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead the sales process.
Commercial experience in sports brands and the wholesale channel.
Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
Leadership skills are essential, as you must be able to inspire and motivate.
