We are looking for an Area Manager for our ONLY & SONS stores in Belgium.

Being part of setting ONLY & SONS retail stores into the Belgian market will be your biggest challenge. You will be a key person on our next big journey in the international retail world. You will work closely together with the Country Retail Manager, where your strategic and tactical capabilities will be important as well as your talent and drive for daily operations and retail management. Next to that, you are the source of inspiration for our managers in the stores, you guide, coach and offer structure. Every day you are innovating to promote a genuine experience, service and customer loyalty in the stores.

Your Role
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for creating the retail structure in the Flanders region.
You manage your stores based on your KPIs and you are responsible for growth and turnover together with the store managers. You are brimming with energy and enthusiasm. You know how to get the best out of yourself and the store managers every day. In addition to these activities, you are also busy recruiting and hiring new employees in collaboration with your store managers and our recruitment department.

• You understand the game of switching quickly in retail like no other

• You like to respond to a rapidly changing environment
• You communicate in Dutch, French and English
