ONLY & SONS STORES is experiencing strong growth, and the BELUX market is of high importance in our growth plan, where we have high ambitions for further expansion. You will operate the stores in the country together with your team of area managers. We are now looking for a strong and action-oriented Country Retail Manager to take full responsibility for building, scaling, and optimizing the business in BELUX – both strategically and operationally.

YOUR ROLE

As Country Retail Manager, you will hold full P/L responsibility for the BELUX market and act as the driving force behind our growth and performance. You will ensure continued progress in revenue and EBIT – both in existing stores and new openings – while building a strong and sustainable organization.

You will balance expansion with stable and healthy operations and work closely with area managers in your market, as well as our teams in Denmark within operations, buying, merchandising, and controlling. The role requires a high level of mobility, as you will spend the majority of your time in the market – in stores, close to your area managers, where results are created. We believe in leadership through presence.

Your key responsibilities:

• Management responsibility for the Area Managers in BELUX
• Full P/L responsibility for Belgium and Luxemburg
• Drive performance and secure growth in revenue and EBIT
• Open and optimise stores
• Recruit, develop, and motivate strong leadership teams
• Provide close, daily support to stores
• Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and controlling
• Optimise visual execution and product performance
• Budget follow-up, KPI management, and overall performance responsibility

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven retail professional with strong fashion awareness and a commercial mindset. You have experience from a similar role – perhaps as a Country Manager or an experienced Area Manager – and are ready to take the next step and help build a market from the ground up.

You work in a structured and analytical way, while also being energetic with a strong drive to get things done. You create engagement and ownership among your leaders and communicate clearly and confidently. You thrive in a high-paced environment with significant mobility and clear ambitions – and you are motivated by being where results are created.

We expect that you:

• Have solid experience in store operations and leadership within fashion and retail
• Have documented results in improving performance and developing teams
• Possess strong collaboration and communication skills
• Have strong business understanding and insight into buying and sales processes
• Are analytically strong and comfortable working with KPIs
• Are an advanced user of Microsoft Office
• It is a requirement that you are able to speak English, Dutch and French.

LOCATION

Belgium – based in the market. Significant travel activity should be expected.
