At BESTSELLER, we are developing a new, fully digital brand that thrives on staying ahead of the demands in the market, releasing styles weekly, based on fast developments and accelerated sourcing. As B2B Digital Sales & Content Creator, you’ll be at the core of our weekly drops—driving engagement and powering sales through our b2b digital sales platform.

ABOUT THE TEAM
You’ll join a small and forward-thinking team with a startup mindset, built within the framework of BESTSELLER. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Development Team to bring each weekly drop to life. As the main driver of B2B sales for our new brand, you’ll take ownership of the digital sales journey, from weekly drop execution to performance follow-up.

You’ll report to - and work closely together with our B2B Sales Responsible. Together with her and our cross-functional B2B tech and digital teams, you’ll rethink how fashion is sold — fast, visually, and directly to market.

This is a unique opportunity to lead B2B sales from the front in a new brand while gaining strong support, sparring, and inspiration from an experienced digital setup.

YOUR ROLE
As Digital B2B Sales & Content Creator, you’ll take responsibility for how our weekly drops appear, perform, and convert on our B2B platform. You’ll build digital sales pages in our CMS system, develop impactful email flows, and continuously push our content to create traffic, hype and drive results. You’ll also work hands-on with the tools and data—translating feedback into better performance every single week.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Owning and executing digital sales activations for each weekly drop
  • Designing and building campaign pages using CMS tools 
  • Driving traffic through email automation, WhatsApp, and other B2B channels
  • Creating compelling, on-brand content that drives engagement and orders
  • Monitoring performance and experimenting with visuals, copy, and layouts
  • Collaborating closely with our tech, buying, and content teams to improve every step of the customer journey
  • Staying on top and looking for new ways of selling digitally.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You are independent, curious, and creative — with a commercial mindset and a strong eye for visuals. You love to test new ideas, dig into CMS platforms, and translate clicks into conversions.

We imagine you bring:

  • Approximately 2 years of experience working with CMS tools
  • A background in for example multimedia design, communication, e-commerce or digital marketing. The most important thing is not your educational background, but your bold, hands-on, and hungry to create impact mindset.
  • A strong interest in driving traffic and digital sales performance
  • Knowledge of email automation tools
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
