We are looking for a B2B Digital Sales Responsible to define and drive our digital sales direction across PIECES. In this role, you take ownership of our B2B platforms, ensuring they create value for both our sales teams and our customers.
YOUR TEAM
You will become part of a cross-functional setup working closely with Sales, Marketing, Buying and Tech. While you are anchored in Sales, your success depends on your ability to connect people, priorities and platforms across the business.

YOUR ROLE
In this role, you own and drive the digital sales agenda across B2B platforms. You define the direction, prioritise development and ensure strong adoption across markets, always with a focus on performance and customer experience.
You act as a key link between business and tech, translating needs into scalable solutions and ensuring that our digital setup supports both commercial goals and day-to-day sales execution.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Defining and driving the overall digital sales strategy across B2B platforms
- Setting and prioritising the digital roadmap in close collaboration with Tech
- Optimising performance, customer journeys and digital workflows
- Driving adoption and value creation of digital tools across sales teams and markets

YOUR PROFILE
You are motivated by creating impact through digital solutions and understand how to connect business needs with scalable platforms. You enjoy working across functions and are confident driving initiatives that require both structure and stakeholder alignment.
We imagine that you:
- Have experience working with digital sales, e-commerce or B2B platforms
- Bring a strong commercial mindset and understand sales processes and customer needs
- Are comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at different levels
- Have experience translating business needs into digital solutions or development priorities
- Are structured and able to prioritise initiatives that create measurable impact
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English
