Then this might be your opportunity to grow as a Buyer on our Outerwear/Tailoring team at PIECES.

YOUR TEAM
You will become part of a dedicated and ambitious team with a strong product focus and great team spirit. Together with your colleagues in buying, design, sales and sourcing, you will help create collections that reflect current trends and meet our customers’ expectations – with quality and flow at the forefront.

YOUR ROLE
You will support the full buying process – from collection kick-offs and supplier dialogue to order placement and follow-up. You will help secure the right products in terms of timing, quality and execution, supporting the process through strong coordination and attention to detail.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing products in collaboration with our design team 
• Negotiating prices, qualities, and deliveries with our suppliers
• Participating in collection presentations, sales meetings, inspiration trips, and supplier visits
• Placing and following up on orders
• Managing data, product details and order tracking in internal systems

You will collaborate closely with buyers, designers, and suppliers – and gain valuable insight into how we take a collection from idea to final product.

YOUR PROFILE
You are structured, proactive, and eager to specialise in Outerwear/Tailoring. You have a strong eye for product and are motivated by working with both the creative and commercial sides of buying. You thrive in an environment with many moving parts – and always keep quality and timelines in focus.

We imagine that you:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, e.g. as a Buyer or in a similar role
• Have experience within the textile industry; experience with Outerwear and/or Tailoring is an advantage
• Hold a relevant education within buying
• Are confident working with Excel and internal systems, and are curious about data and insights
• Communicate fluently in English – both written and spoken
