At PIECES, we are looking for a Digital Merchandiser who takes ownership of how our products show up online and turns insight into action every day.
YOUR TEAM
You will join our e-commerce setup in PIECES, working closely with Buying, Marketing and E-commerce. We are a collaborative team with a shared focus on performance, where decisions are driven by data, speed and commercial impact.
We work in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly, and where strong teamwork and clear communication are key to getting results. You will have a central role in connecting products, campaigns and customer experience across the site.
YOUR ROLE
As Digital Merchandiser, you own how our site looks, feels and performs. You make sure the right products are visible at the right time and continuously optimise the online experience based on what actually sells.
Your responsibilities include:
- Owning site merchandising across the webshop, including product sorting, category structure, search and filtering logic
- Keeping homepage, category pages and landing pages updated and relevant based on real-time performance
- Coordinating product drops and campaign moments with Buying, Marketing and E-commerce
- Producing and adapting graphic assets for site, email and paid channels
- Monitoring performance and acting quickly on underperforming products or content
- Working hands-on in Shopify to ensure a commercial, up-to-date and converting site

YOUR PROFILE
You already know what good e-commerce looks like because you have worked with it hands-on. You are quick to spot what is not working and you act on it without waiting for direction. You combine commercial thinking with attention to detail and understand that strong site merchandising is a daily discipline.
We imagine that you:
- Have 2–4 years of experience within e-commerce, digital retail or fashion
- Have hands-on experience working in a CMS or e-commerce platform, preferably Shopify
- Work in a structured and detail-oriented way, with a strong commercial mindset
- Have experience with basic graphic production, for example in Figma or Adobe
- Understand how to turn data and performance into concrete actions
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly
