We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our NOOS (Never Out of Stock) sales team, where you will play a crucial role in driving growth and staying in the lead.

PIECES NOOS manages all styles that can be replenished, and our mission is to create a trendy and commercial NOOS programme. We are a service-oriented department, focused on replenishment and security in the delivery, while constantly optimising and developing tools that ultimately contributes to our ambitious growth objectives. You will become a part of NOOS sales team with eight dedicated colleagues who values humour and collaboration. 

FREEDOM TO CHALLENGE
As our new Junior Sales Responsible, you will take on an important role in optimizing our NOOS business which is of highest strategic importance to our business. Your main focus is to organise and conduct workshops and bootcamps for our sales teams in the markets together with the Sales Responsible. You help the teams improve sales of NOOS products and help them see how to transform sales initiatives into specific sales results. Through your expertise and dedication, you will:

  • Be responsible for driving the sales agenda, following up, and motivating the sales team.
  • Leading sales training sessions and conducting bootcamps with the sales team. 
  • Monitoring and following up on sales performance across all international markets.

YOUR PROFILE
We imagine that you are a self-starter, curious to learn, outgoing, and eager to succeed. You enjoy working with people and engage in new relationships. 
We hope that you bring the following qualifications to the job:

  • You have sales experience, either directly as a sales responsible, sales trainee, or in a supporting role such as sales assistant or sales coordinator.
  • Relevant education background
  • Experience working across cultures
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
