YOUR IMPACT
As a Sales Responsible, your mission is to drive growth in your markets. Working closely with sales representatives in the markets and local team leaders, you'll develop and execute sales strategies to hit our targets. Your top priority will be ensuring your markets have the right product mix to achieve growth across all categories.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Crafting, following up on, and evaluating sales strategies
- Ensuring the right product package for your markets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local team leaders and salespeople
- Monitoring budgets and performance
- Daily contact with team leaders and salespeople in your markets
- Participating in internal collection meetings and other relevant meetings
- Traveling to your markets for collection meetings, customer meetings, and inspiration trips

YOUR PROFILE
You'll be responsible for high-growth markets with lots of potential, so we are looking for someone with a natural drive, initiative, and a readiness to take on responsibility. You thrive in creating strong relationships with your colleagues and Sales Representatives to produce great sales results. You inspire and motivate people around you and can turn strategies into actionable initiatives.
Additionally, we imagine you:
- Have experience in translating sales strategies into actionable results.
- Have a background in the fashion industry, for example from working in a store.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken – German is of course seen as an advantage.
