YOUR TEAM

You’ll join SELECTED’s Brand Identity Department – a vibrant team of creative minds dedicated to shaping and evolving the visual identity of one of Denmark’s leading fashion brands. We work across photo, video, and design to bring SELECTED’s brand to life across platforms, collections, and campaigns. Here, collaboration is everything, and your role as Creative Producer is central to making it all happen. You’ll report directly to the Head of Brand Identity and collaborate closely with our Omni-Channel, B2B and E-commerce teams.


YOUR ROLE

As our Creative Producer, you are the driving force behind our content production – from planning to execution. You make sure that ideas are transformed into high-quality visual assets while ensuring everything runs on time, within budget, and in line with SELECTED’s creative direction.

More specifically, your tasks include:

• Planning and managing campaign shoots, lookbooks, and brand initiatives
• Acting as the main point of contact between Brand Identity, Omni-Channel, and B2B teams
• Leading production scheduling, internal and external shoot coordination, and resource planning
• Sourcing production teams, models, and collaborators
• Overseeing budgets, approvals, and timelines
• Keeping our image libraries and internal processes sharp and structured
• Bringing clarity to chaos – especially when it comes to studio operations, timelines, and stakeholder communication.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a skilled project manager with a deep appreciation for the creative process - and an equally strong grasp of numbers. You know how to bridge creativity with structure and thrive when you're connecting people, managing timelines, and solving problems on the go. We’re looking for the following specific qualifications:

• Experience in production or project management within creative, fashion, or media environments
• A sharp eye for detail and an even sharper sense of coordination
• Strong communicator and natural collaborator
• Confident working with budgets and numbers, taking pride in delivering on both concept and cost
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written.
