YOUR TEAM
You’ll join our ambitious E-commerce team in Brande – the people behind SELECTED.com and our partner platforms such as Zalando and About You. We’re a team that connects product, content, and customer experience – working side by side with Buying, Marketing, and BESTSELLER’s central platform and tech team to keep our online business moving forward.
You’ll work closely with our E-commerce Product & Content Specialist, who will guide you in building your skills and confidence in all things product data and content execution. We share a passion for detail, deadlines, and development – and we always find time to laugh along the way.

YOUR JOB
As our new E-commerce Product & Content Assistant, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring that our products and campaigns go live exactly as planned. You’ll work across systems and channels to make sure information and images are accurate, content looks great, and the customer experience runs smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will include:   

• Uploading and maintaining product data in our systems and on partner platforms.
• Setting up and testing campaign and product content on SELECTED.com.
• Checking that everything looks right and works properly across devices.
• Supporting with reports, translations, and recurring uploads.
• Keeping our workflows, guidelines, and documentation up to date.

This is a role where precision meets progress. You’ll grow your understanding of e-commerce operations while seeing how your work directly supports our customers and our brand.

YOUR PROFILE
You’re structured and reliable by nature, with an eye for detail and a curiosity for how things work behind the scenes. You enjoy working in systems and processes, but you’re equally motivated by being part of a team where collaboration and learning go hand in hand. You bring with you:

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or e-commerce support role – whether gained through a full-time position, internship, or student job is less important.
• A structured, proactive, and service-minded approach to your work.
• Confidence working in Excel and digital systems – experience with CMS or product data systems is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
