YOUR TEAM
As a intern, you will become part of the Omnichannel Buying team, responsible for ensuring the right assortment across our own sales channels, including retail and e-commerce. You will collaborate closely across the business – from Design and Buying to E-commerce Operations, Sales and Retail – always with the consumer at the centre. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As an intern, you will be introduced to the department’s day-to-day operations and, from the very beginning, be given real responsibility for tasks that are vital to the team. Depending on your interests and strengths, you will take ownership of a variety of tasks and gain hands-on experience in a commercial retail environment. You will support the European retail team with a strong focus on data, performance and assortment decisions. Through close collaboration with store teams and the central organisation, you will help ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time and gain insight into how decisions translate directly into in-store results.
Your tasks
- Analysing retail performance data to support assortment and sales decisions
- Supporting assortment planning, including number of styles and options per store and market
- Assisting with store-to-store transfers to optimise stock flow across European stores
- Supporting in-store presentation of collections by using performance data and store feedback to optimise placement, flow and commercial impact
- Collaborating closely with store managers and collecting feedback on collections and performance
- Participating in collection meetings and contributing with data, insights and store input

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You are an open-minded and curious person with a data-driven and analytical mindset, motivated by understanding performance and turning insights into action. You contribute with ideas and perspectives and feel comfortable challenging existing ways of working when improvements can be made. You enjoy collaborating with others and working across both operational and analytical tasks, combining structure with curiosity. You communicate clearly and confidently, always with the recipient in mind, and are able to translate data and insights into meaningful input for the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You are enrolled in the Commercial & Retail Management Master's programme at Aarhus University.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
