YOUR TEAM
You’ll be part of the Media & CRM team — a dedicated group responsible for all paid, owned, and earned digital media, as well as CRM initiatives and projects. As a team, we manage key consumer-facing touchpoints and communication channels, ensuring a seamless and relevant experience across every platform.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across teams at SELECTED as well as specialists in BESTSELLER’s central E-commerce department to plan and execute campaigns that deliver real business results. YOUR ROLE
As Paid Media Coordinator, you keep our digital campaigns organised, optimised and on time. You coordinate people, tasks and deliverables across teams — and help ensure our paid media campaigns are executed with excellence and impact.

More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Planning and tracking campaign timelines, budgets, and assets across platforms like Google, Meta, YouTube and Pinterest
  • Collaborating with specialist colleagues to keep campaigns aligned with strategic goals and local needs
  • Analysing data and performance reports to identify insights, spot trends and support decision-making
  • Staying on top of campaign logistics and keep internal and external stakeholders in sync
  • Continuously spotting opportunities for smarter workflows, clearer documentation and better results.

YOUR PROFILE
You don’t need to be a media expert already — what matters most is that you’re the kind of person who takes ownership, stays on top of details, and keeps things moving. You like making sense of complexity, and you're not afraid to ask questions or suggest a better way of doing things. You know how to take the lead and manage diverse stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and the ability to see the bigger picture.

We imagine you’ll bring some of the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working with marketing or media campaigns — either from an agency or in-house setting
  • Experience with digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Excel and/or reporting dashboards
  • Strong analytical and project coordination skills — you're organised, structured, and focused on delivering results
  • A proactive mindset when it comes to improving processes and spotting opportunities.
