YOUR TEAM
You become a part of our dynamic retail organisation, where you will be working closely with store operations, retail managers and the omnichannel department. YOUR JOB
You will be playing a key role in our store openings as well as implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards across our existing store network, including our outlet stores and shop-in-shops. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for training store teams in visual merchandising techniques, ensuring consistency and maintaining high standards across all locations.

As Visual Merchandiser, your responsibilities include:

  • Participating in store openings and leading the visual setup for new stores
  • Maintaining and optimizing visual merchandising in our existing stores and shop-in-shops
  • Visiting stores to train and support store teams in visual merchandising, ensuring consistency and empowering them to maintain high standards daily
  • Planning and executing seasonal merchandising to reflect current trends and promotional activities
  • Optimizing product placement to drive sales and improve the customer journey in collaboration with the Omnichannel and Retail teams.

YOUR PROFILE
You are a creative problem solver with a passion for visual merchandising and a deep understanding of fashion retail. You excel at transforming spaces to enhance the customer experience while driving sales. Additionally, you possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in visual merchandising, preferably within fashion retail, with a solid understanding of store layouts and customer flow
  • A sharp eye for design, colours and style with the ability to create visually appealing and commercially effective displays
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and motivate store teams
  • The flexibility to travel frequently to visit our stores
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

WORK LOCATION: Brande, Denmark.
TRAVEL ACTIVITY: You can expect 60-80 travel days per year, primarily in the spring and autumn seasons.
