At SELECTED, we’re forming a brand-new team – and you’ll help shape it from day one. Together with a visionary manager and like-minded colleagues, you’ll build a high-impact setup that combines buying expertise with commercial insights to drive performance across markets.

 

YOUR ROLE

As our new Buying & Performance Controller, you’ll lead the commercial heartbeat of SELECTED. From planning seasonal campaigns to fine-tuning product performance, your work will make a measurable impact – every day.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the product purchasing process with an analytical and strategic lens.
  • Defining and executing country-specific buying strategies.
  • Monitoring daily and weekly performance to drive business decisions.
  • Communicating insights across functions and flagging opportunities.
  • Supporting campaigns with strong commercial planning and follow-up.

This role is about taking ownership – not just of numbers, but of the journey from product idea to sales floor.

YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for someone who thrives in the intersection of buying, analytics and strategy. You are:

  • Equipped with a degree in Business, Textile Engineering or similar,
  • Backed by minimum 5 years of buying/planning experience in fashion preferably in premium brands,
  • Fluent in English and confident communicating with stakeholders,
  • Both detail-oriented and commercially driven,
  • Proactive, agile and always ready to ask the right questions.
