Then you might be our new Buyer to join VERO MODA’s Jersey & Woven NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) Buying team based in our headquarters in Aarhus.

THE TEAM
You will join a dedicated buying team, characterised by an informal work environment with room for new ideas and helpful colleagues. We are a team who collaborate closely with various functions throughout VERO MODA, including Buyers, Designers, Pattern Designers and Sales, and we appreciate open communication and a positive atmosphere in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.  

THE JOB
As a Buyer in our Jersey & Woven NOOS Buying team, you will take on significant responsibilities from the start. These include developing potential new NOOS styles in collaboration with our designer, managing fabric bookings, planning production, placing orders, and overseeing production follow-up. Your role will involve regular communication both internally with VERO MODA colleagues and externally with suppliers, where you will build and maintain strong relationships. More specifically, the job involves:

• Working closely with the Retail department to develop potential new NOOS styles.
• Providing daily support to suppliers and BESTSELLER’s international purchasing offices, ensuring close and effective communication with these stakeholders.
• Commenting and approving fittings in collaboration with the Pattern Designer.
• Building and maintaining a strong supplier network.

YOUR PROFILE
You are passionate about buying, with strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for product development. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are independent, proactive, and highly organized, always meeting deadlines without compromising on quality. A strong communicator and collaborator, you take pride in working with your colleagues to find the best solutions together. 

Moreover, we are looking for someone, who: 

• Has a relevant education as a buyer
• Min. 2 years of experience in buying. Experience working with NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) is considered an advantage
• A good understanding of figures and a strong business acumen
• Solid IT skills, including experience working in Excel
