At VERO MODA, we’re looking for a committed Buying Assistant to join our Denim team, focusing on our NOOS (Never Out of Stock) products – to help shape collections that women across the world will wear and love. 

JOIN OUR TEAM
You’ll become part of a passionate Denim team in our Buying & Design department, consisting of 10 dedicated colleagues. The team works closely with Sales, Design, and trusted suppliers to bring collections to life – with a special focus on fit, quality, and trend.  In this role, collaboration is everything - We believe in team spirit, openness and shared goals.

YOUR NEW ROLE
As our new Buying Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team in the day-to-day operations of the buying process. You’ll work with both administrative and coordination tasks to ensure that our products are delivered on time and meet the high-quality standards that VERO MODA is known for.

Your main tasks will include:

• Creating and updating purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
• Following up with suppliers to ensure timelines, quality, and accuracy.
• Coordinating samples, price lists, and product data in our systems.
• Supporting the development of new NOOS styles in close collaboration with the team.
• Preparing materials and presentations for internal meetings and sales events.

You’ll also get the chance to share your creative input. Denim is a craft of its own – but if you’re structured, curious, and eager to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

WHAT YOU BRING
You’re structured, reliable, and thrive in a dynamic environment where you get to work across multiple tasks and stakeholders. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and keeping things organised – even when things move fast.

We imagine you:

• Have an interest in the fashion industry – ideally with an educational background within buying.
• Have experience from a similar role or have completed an apprenticeship and are now ready to take the next step in your career.
• Bring strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
