Do you thrive when working with data and analysis to drive product availability and business performance?

We are looking for a dedicated Demand Planner to play a central role in our Never Out of Stock (NOOS) business, a key area that represents a significant share of our total business. In this role, you will ensure high product availability and contribute to better decision-making across planning and operations.

YOUR TEAM
You will join an ambitious and results-oriented NOOS team, where we work closely together to ensure product availability, healthy stock levels and efficient planning processes.

We value freedom with responsibility, a strong team spirit and an environment where development, proactivity and knowledge sharing are part of everyday work. You will be surrounded by skilled and specialized colleagues who are always ready to support, challenge and spar with you.

YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will primarily work with the operational flow of goods, while at the same time contributing to improved decision-making and supporting overall business goals.
Your key tasks include:

  • Preparing weekly and continuous forecasts on NOOS products to manage the lifecycle of styles
  • Analyzing sales and stock data to optimise forecasts and inventory performance
  • Making purchasing and planning decisions, including order placements and capacity considerations
  • Conducting ad hoc analyses and improving tools and processes within the team
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Buying, Supply Planning and other key stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE
Even though the environment moves quickly and the workload varies across seasons, we value someone who can stay grounded, maintain structure and focus, and create clarity in both busy and more stable periods.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a relevant educational background within Supply Chain, Business, Purchasing or similar
  • Has strong analytical skills, works in a structured and detail-oriented manner, and takes ownership of decisions within your own area
  • Communicates clearly and collaborates well across functions
  • Thrives in a behind-the-scenes role, enabling strong results through quality and consistency
  • Works confidently with Excel
  • Experience with forecasting, planning or buying would be an advantage

YOUR BENEFITS

  • A professional environment with skilled colleagues who value knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Significant influence on inventory flow and planning processes
  • A mix of operational tasks and strategic considerations
  • Opportunity to develop within a specialist career path
  • A culture where your contributions and initiatives are appreciated

WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU
