At VERO MODA, we are looking for a passionate Design Intern to join our Buying & Design team in Autumn 2026. You will gain practical experience in an international fashion company and get insight into the design process from idea to final product.

JOIN A CREATIVE AND STRUCTURED TEAM
In our Buying & Design department, we develop cohesive collections based on the latest trends and colours – always with the commercial end consumer in mind. We launch eight collections a year, each requiring strong coordination to bring them to life. We work closely across Design, Buying and Pattern Design teams to ensure the right quality, fit and price. With several collections running simultaneously at different stages, we constantly stay one step ahead throughout the entire production process.

YOUR ROLE
As a Design Intern in the denim category, you will be actively involved in the design process from idea to product. You will gain hands-on experience and real responsibility, and we expect you to take initiative and contribute to the team.

Your tasks include:

• Conducting research and preparing inspirational material for suppliers
• Creating technical drawings and setting up style sheets in Illustrator
• Following styles through development and contributing with fit comments on samples
• Creating grids and mood boards
• Preparing collections for sales meetings

YOUR PROFILE
You are creative and able to turn new ideas into commercial design. As you will be working closely with both your immediate team and other departments, being a strong team player is essential. You are motivated by both challenges and shared successes. You approach tasks with a positive mindset and bring energy to your work.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently studying Fashion Design or a similar degree
• Experienced user of Illustrator and Photoshop
• Knowledge of InDesign is an advantage
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
