Are you a creative junior designer with a strong understanding of trends and a passion for transforming ideas into commercial and inspiring products?
We are looking for a Junior Designer at the beginning of their career who combines creative flair with technical skills and solid knowledge of jersey qualities and constructions.
THE TEAM
You will join a group of dedicated buying- and design colleagues who are all part of VERO MODA’s jersey team. We work in an informal environment with a strong team spirit, where collaboration, creativity and commercial mindset go hand in hand.
YOUR ROLE
You will design and develop styles within our jersey category – a product group of great importance to VERO MODA’s overall results. You will be involved in the full design process from idea to finished product, working with qualities, colours and details while managing several collections simultaneously.
In close collaboration with the team, you help ensure that our jersey styles reflect current trends, commercial needs and quality standards. You will work closely with the Product and Buying Manager, designer and buyers, and have contact with suppliers as part of the development process.
More specifically your tasks include:
- Contributing to styles from idea to final product
- Interpreting trend material and developing category-specific material
- Commenting on samples in collaboration with buyers
- Participating in inspirational trips, supplier visits and sales meetings

YOUR PROFILE
You have a strong eye for detail and a genuine passion for jersey. You are curious, creative and eager to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You enjoy collaborating across functions and are motivated by learning through feedback and sparring. You take initiative and show responsibility in your daily tasks, while being open to guidance and development.
Furthermore, we imagine that you have:
- An educational background as a designer
- Experience from the fashion industry
- Hands-on experience working with jersey qualities
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- An interest in AI tools
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
