We are looking for a Sales and Product Responsible to join VERO MODA and play a key role in driving our continued growth and development across Italy, Spain, and Portugal while our valued colleague is on maternity leave.

YOUR TEAM
You will join the Southern Sales Team at VERO MODA, a diverse group of seven colleagues from different nationalities, all focused on ensuring our markets have the right products and insights to drive strong results. The job
Your primary responsibility will be to drive the success of your markets by ensuring strong sales strategies and the right product selection together with your teams to maximise sales performance. You will work closely with sales representatives, sales managers, and cross-functional teams to shape assortment strategies, optimise product availability, and support market growth.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Daily contact and support for sales representatives and sales managers, ensuring smooth operations and follow-up
• Placing and managing orders with the buying department, including colours, sizes, delivery timelines, and minimum quantities
• Coordination with Sales and Product Responsible colleagues across countries to align collections with market needs
• Close collaboration with buying and design teams, supporting product development and collection adaptation
• Organising and coordinating collection meetings, sales presentations, and related events
• Monitoring order placement, on-time deliveries, and optimising stock turnover through the right product availability

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a driven, service-minded, and collaborative person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Since you will be part of a dynamic department with colleagues who spend significant time travelling, it is essential that you can work independently, take ownership, and make confident decisions. You are structured, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality. As a person, you are outgoing, positive, and skilled at building strong relationships across stakeholders.

We imagine that you:

• Have strong administrative skills and a structured approach to your work
• Are proficient in English and comfortable working in an international environment
• Have solid experience with Microsoft Office
• Possess strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to follow up on sales performance
• Have experience from a similar role and an interest in fashion, sales, and products
