JOIN OUR E-COMMERCE TEAM
You’ll be part of the ambitious e-commerce department at VERO MODA, based in Aarhus. Our team is passionate about e-commerce and works collaboratively across various areas – from traffic generation and campaigning to analytics, trading, operations, and development.

As consumer behavior evolves, new opportunities arise. Omnichannel strategies and channel-specific trading are becoming increasingly important to ensure the right product availability and customer experiences.

YOUR ROLE
As our E-Commerce intern, your primary tasks will be to optimize and implement new processes within CRM. You will assist our CRM specialist in working with our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and develop the e-mail marketing channel to ensure growth in our customer database and to increase conversion rate through data-driven personalization. You will have a close collaboration across the entire E-Commerce team, and you will be in close dialogue with our CRM and Tech team about testing new hypothesis’ and to implement findings in our daily trading and commercial strategy. More specifically, your tasks include:

• Setting up newsletters and managing email automation flows.
• Building customer segments and implementing data-driven insights across markets and categories.
• Analyzing data, delivering performance reports, and conducting A/B tests to optimize results.
• Tracking customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Updating and maintaining the image bank, as well as styling Product Listing Pages.
• Categorizing and prioritizing categories based on seasonal trends and campaigns.

YOUR PROFILE
First and foremost, you are an ambitious candidate eager to become part of VERO MODA. Secondly, we are looking for someone, who fits the following:

• Relevant Education eg. Commercial & Retail Management or within Marketing and Business trading   
• Interest in fashion
• Strong numerical skills with the will to analyze relevant KPIs.
• Great communicator and fluent in English

You are result oriented and thorough in following up on targets, ensuring your projects meet both your own and the team’s expectations. With your analytical mindset, you bring innovative ideas to life, backed by a strong commercial and creative foundation.
