At VERO MODA, we’re looking for a proactive and structured Junior Buyer to join our MAMALICIOUS team – and help shape collections that support and inspire women through motherhood.

JOIN OUR TEAM
You’ll become part of our close-knit MAMALICIOUS team in the Buying & Design department, currently consisting of 6 dedicated colleagues – including 2 designers. We work across all product categories, which means you’ll get broad experience and the chance to grow into a strong generalist buyer.

We are a dedicated team, and we love what we do. We have some busy days but at the same time, the atmosphere is relaxed, fun and social. With a small team like ours, it feels like running your own brand – and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

YOUR NEW ROLE
In this role, you’ll work across categories and support the full buying process – from kick-off and supplier dialogue to order placement and delivery follow-up. MAMALICIOUS is a fast-paced category, and structure and overview are key. You won’t be expected to bring a highly creative profile – but you do need a strong eye for fashion and product, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting collection kick-offs and identifying relevant suppliers
• Sourcing materials and aligning with vendors on new styles
• Placing and following up on orders
• Driving daily communication with suppliers across the entire process
• Managing data and product details in internal systems

WHAT YOU BRING
You are someone who brings positive energy and is not afraid to take initiative. You enjoy getting things done and taking ownership of your tasks. You thrive in a high-paced setup and see change and challenges as something exciting – not something to avoid.

We imagine that you:

• Have approx. 2 years of experience from the fashion industry – ideally within buying
• May have completed a buying trainee program and are now ready to grow into more responsibility
• Are structured, confident with data and great at keeping track of details and deadlines
• Bring a strong commercial mindset and interest in fashion
• Communicate fluently in English – both written and spoken
