In collaboration with TOPSHOP HQ in London, we are now integrating TOPSHOP into our brand house under BESTSELLER, with the goal of distributing the brand globally through a wholesale omnichannel business model. To preserve and elevate TOPSHOP’s unique DNA, it will operate as a distinct entity within our portfolio. Become a key part of the expanding TOPSHOP Sales Team and contribute to the success of a larger, dynamic organization under Vero Moda, which includes nearly 70 skilled and passionate colleagues. As part of our matrix organization, you will not only collaborate closely across teams but also take on professional management responsibilities within your region. THE ROLE
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead sales strategy and ensure we reach our budget targets by turning market insights into clear actions. You’ll collaborate closely with local teams across countries, supporting performance, development, and alignment. At the same time, you’ll maintain strong partnerships in the Danish market and secure the right product mix to drive growth.
More specifically your tasks will include:
- Develop, evaluate and follow-up on sales strategies
- Build, expand and develop strong relations with online and wholesale customers
- Daily contact with the sales representatives in the market
- Direct contact with 1 key accounts in Denmark
- Daily and weekly follow-up on sales figures, product performance, as well as budgets
- Plan, prepare and manage sales promotional initiatives
- Participate in internal collection meetings

YOUR PROFILE
You build strong relationships with both customers and sales representatives, enabling great sales results. With your commercial and analytical mindset, you bring solid experience from working with key accounts and store operations, and you use this to identify opportunities and drive growth. You naturally share insights and provide sparring, while motivating colleagues and translating strategic plans into actionable sales initiatives. With your competitive mindset and strong personal drive, you take responsibility and create success in everything you do.
Qualifications:
- Experience that shows that you can translate sales strategies into result-generating actions
- Strong sales experience, from either the fashion or lifestyle industry
- Solid knowledge of wholesale and E-commerce
- Experience working across cultures
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
