At VERO MODA OWN STORES, we are currently looking for a Retail Administrative Coordinator to join our product team at the office in Aarhus. We are searching for an outgoing and administratively strong person to handle tasks related to our VERO MODA stores on a global scale.
THE TEAM
You will play a central role in a results-oriented Retail department, where we are all driven by making a difference and ensuring positive growth for VERO MODA. You will become part of a dedicated and international team, gaining a large network both internally and externally, as you will work across the entire value chain.
THE POSITION
Your primary focus will be to support our buyers and product managers in their daily tasks related to the product package for our VERO MODA stores. At the same time, you will be the driving force behind the coordination of our Shared Buying events. Additionally, you will handle independent administrative tasks across the department on a daily basis.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing order processing, distribution, and follow-ups on orders, stock levels, and claims.
- Preparing and following up on orders, prices, and assortments.
- Coordinating, preparing, and supporting Shared Buying events.
- Providing administrative support to our buyers and product managers.
- Handling inquiries related to orders, styles, collections, deliveries, etc.

YOUR PROFILE
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are a self-motivated and structured individual who can think ahead while maintaining an overview in a dynamic workday. You are service-minded and have strong communication and collaboration skills, which you use to build and maintain relationships. It comes naturally to you to take responsibility and achieve the best results in collaboration with your team.
Additionally, we hope that you:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Possess strong commercial skills and numerical understanding.
- Have knowledge of the fashion industry – this is an advantage but not a requirement.
