Are you a seasoned sales professional with a background in retail management or key sales positions? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our NOOS department, where you will play a crucial role in driving growth and staying in the lead.

VERO MODA NOOS manage all styles that can be replenished, and our mission is to create a trendy and commercial NOOS programme through data analysis. We are a proactive department, focused on replenishment and security in the delivery, while constantly optimising and developing tools for follow-up that ultimately contributes to our ambitious growth objectives. We offer a large assortment programme that reflects market demands, and our products are sold across all of Europe.

DRIVING GROWTH IN WHOLESALE BRICK & MORTAR
In this strategic role, you will play a key part in driving growth in NOOS' wholesale brick & mortar market across Central & South/West Europe. You will champion the success of NOOS products within the top 10 accounts in each country, focusing on expanding customer reach, boosting unit sales, and increasing NOOS' market share. Through your expertise and dedication, you will contribute to:

  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Monitor country styles packages
  • Increase Daily Unit Sales: Maintain daily contact
  • Prepare Sales Teams: For NOOS in-sales, follow up on orders
  • Provide valuable insights into the NOOS platform towards country sales teams
  • Distribute Product Information to sales teams
  • To be a front figure in implementing and using the VM Digital Showroom

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the fashion industry.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry is preferred, with international experience being a plus.
  • Second language is preferred.
