At TOPSHOP, we are looking for an administrative Sales Supporter with a flair for structure to join our retail team. This is a great opportunity to coordinate across several markets and make a real difference for our customers in our central markets – especially in Germany, Nordics and Ireland.

VERO MODA is one of Europe’s leading fashion brands, widely recognized for its strong creative and commercial profile. In partnership with Topshop HQ in London, we are now integrating TOPSHOP into our brand house under BESTSELLER with the intent to distribute Globally and through a wholesale omnichannel business model.  The team consist of two people, but with a broad reach and touchpoints across many areas of the business. It’s very much part of an exciting growth journey, where you’ll be involved in a wide variety of tasks and have the opportunity to make a real impact.

THE ROLE
As a Sales Supporter, your primary responsibility will be to service and support our Sales Responsibles. Through close dialogue and ongoing feedback, you will ensure that the different markets receive the necessary support in relation to order handling, product flow, follow-ups, preparation of statistics, and more. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers always experience a professional and reliable partnership with TOPSHOP. You do this by providing relevant information and creating an overview for the Sales Responsibles, enabling them to focus on driving sales.

More specifically the tasks include:

  • Servicing key account customers (for example Magasin)
  • Responsibility for planning and following up on the daily tasks in close cooperation with the key accounts
  • Daily collaboration with our warehouse, logistics department, Region Sales Manager, country sales managers and sales representatives   
  • Developing and following up on sales lists and order handling  
  • Booking products daily, ensuring correct product flow as well as delivery and key data

You are service-minded, outgoing and proactive with a positive, sales-oriented attitude. You thrive in an administrative role where structure is key, and you are comfortable handling both routine tasks and varied assignments. You work independently, prioritize with ease, and enjoy collaborating with many stakeholders. You thrive on being part of different projects and adapt naturally to changes in your daily work.

Qualifications:

  • Experience from an administrative position, preferably within sales
  • Knowledge of the fashion and/or retail industry 
  • Strong administrative skills and business understanding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
