You will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing strategic people initiatives.

YOUR IMPACT
You will work directly with VERO MODA’s Brand Director and top management, positioning yourself as a strategic partner in all key people decisions. This role will allow you to contribute directly to shaping our workforce for future success by implementing initiatives aligned with both VERO MODA's strategic journey and BESTSELLER PEOPLE's overarching HR strategy.

As a key contributor to our transformative journey towards a more strategic approach, we seek a driven and motivated individual who can actively contribute to this development. Leveraging your strategic experience and forward-thinking mindset, you will play a central role in shaping the future of VERO MODA towards a more strategic future.

Besides your connection to VERO MODA’s Brand Director and Management, you will also have a dotted line to the BESTSELLER PEOPLE Business Partner Manager and become an integral part of the PEOPLE Business Partner team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic HR Leadership: Drive HR initiatives that align with VERO MODA’s strategic priorities, providing key insights to the Brand Director and management team.
• Leadership Development: Coach and develop the leadership team within VERO MODA, focusing on enhancing capabilities at the top management level.
• Operational HR Excellence: Partner with BESTSELLER PEOPLE on recruitment, legal matters, compensation, and employee relations to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Culture Champion: Lead cultural initiatives that foster an inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, belonging, and engagement across the organisation.
• Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation.

You are an experienced HR professional with strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude. You excel in collaboration and inspire colleagues across all levels of the organisation. Your professionalism and understanding of business needs make you a trusted advisor for the management team regarding people, teams, and organisational development.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive experience in HR business partnering, preferably within an international company, with a strong focus on strategic HR management.
• Proven track record of strategic collaboration with top management teams.
• Own leadership experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Knowledge about employment law and the ability to provide advice on the subject
• Proficiency in English and Danish is required
