AN AMBITIOUS TEAM OF HIGH STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE
You’ll be part of VERO MODA’s ‘Never Out of Stock’ (NOOS) team, which plays a key role in ensuring a strong, trend-relevant replenishment program across markets. Within NOOS, you’ll join our six-person Supply Planning team, where we manage three core channels: Retail, CBO (Cross Border Onliners) and Physical Wholesale Stores.

As a Supply Planner, you’ll not only work closely with our local salespeople – you’ll also become a specialist with unique insight into the engine room of a global fashion business, where strong relationships matter just as much as a flair for planning and numbers.

THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for the Physical Wholesale Stores, handling several key markets including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Spain. As a Supply Planner, your focus is to ensure the right products reach the right stores – at the right time and in the right quantities. You’ll play a key advisory role for our local sales teams, using your insights and business understanding to guide their buying decisions.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Ensure the right stock level for our customers
• Supporting onboarding of new VMI customers, including outreach and follow-up
• Evaluating product performance in Power BI and advising where to scale up or down
•  Being the go-to sparring partner for your sellers in each market
• Ensuring an efficient flow of goods

YOUR PROFILE
You might be newly graduated or have a few years of experience. Most importantly, you bring a can-do attitude, positivity and are great at building relations with others. You have a natural ability to take initiative and follow through.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Are outgoing and love connecting with people
• Work in a structured and dependable way
• Have a basic understanding of Excel – Power BI is a plus
• Speak and write English fluently – German is a bonus, but not a must
