YOUR TEAM

You’ll be part of BESTSELLER’s Global Sourcing organisation, working closely with suppliers, brand teams and internal partners across functions. We’re a practical, fast-moving setup where strong collaboration and clear ownership are essential to delivering results.

As a Merchandiser, you’ll work closely with your Merchandising Manager and fellow merchandisers. You’ll be part of a team that values preparation, transparency and teamwork , and where everyone plays a role in bringing collections from idea to shipment.

YOUR ROLE

As Merchandiser, you support and execute the merchandising process from development through production and shipment. You work closely with suppliers to ensure products meet quality, timing and price expectations, while following agreed calendars and procedures.

This is a hands-on role where structure, follow-up and communication make the difference. You stay close to the product, monitor progress daily and step in when things need attention. You support development activities, sample follow-ups and production execution , and you help ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and monitoring the full process from development through production to shipment

• Supporting suppliers in product development, including fabrics, trims and styles. Highly utilized AI tools

• Negotiate prices, capacity planning and production lead time with the suppliers;

• Ensuring suppliers are prepared for buyer meetings and development activities

• Supporting express developments and gap-closing initiatives

• Monitoring supplier performance and supporting improvement actions

• Handling issues and claims in a professional, solution-oriented way

• Working closely with quality, logistics and other supporting teams

• Building strong, professional relationships with HQ buyers, suppliers, and designers

• Supporting ad hoc projects and development initiatives when needed

YOUR PROFILE

You are structured, detail-oriented and enjoy seeing things through. You take responsibility for your tasks, follow up consistently and communicate clearly with the people around you. You enjoy working close to the product and understand how your work support contributes to the bigger picture.

We imagine you bring:

•A Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.

•At least 2 years of experience within merchandising, sourcing or production coordination.

•Proficiency in 3D software (e.g., CLO 3D) and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance product development efficiency, visualization, and decision-making.

•A basic understanding of product development and production processes

•Confidence working with suppliers and cross-functional teams

•Strong follow-up and organisational skills

•Fluent English, written and spoken

•A hands-on mindset and willingness to learn and grow

•Knowledge for flat knit is highly preferred

•Buying Office background is a strong advantage
