YOUR TEAM
You will become part of a dynamic and international company, joining our marketing department of 12 dedicated and skilled colleagues. In this role, you will collaborate with our Art Director, Photographer and Digital Sales team to strengthen our visual expression and AI-driven initiatives. You will work closely with our Art Director, who leads the overall creative direction for VILA, while you take ownership of art direction for photoshoots and drive the development of AI-driven visual content.

THE JOB
You will help shape and develop VILA’s visual identity across platforms, working closely with our Art Director to turn ideas into strong visual concepts. You take ownership of your own productions, primarily physical photoshoots in our studio, where you work hands-on on set and drive the art direction. Your role is initially split between physical photoshoots and AI-driven content, with AI becoming an increasingly central part of the role over time. You will expand the use of AI, driving the art direction across digital formats, from adapting physical shoots to creating fully AI-generated visuals. 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Drive art direction for photoshoots, including styling, lighting, and on-set execution  
  • Develop and execute look books and sales material during traditional photoshoots  
  • Develop and produce AI-driven content for in-sale materials and digital platforms  
  • Explore new creative possibilities within AI, including creating locations, models, and visual assets  
  • Present ideas and ensure a strong, consistent brand expression across channels  
  • Follow up on performance and continuously elevate brand expression across channels

ABOUT YOU
Your hands-on experience helps you bring creative ideas to life, both through content production and by using AI as part of your process. You are curious about how AI can develop the way we create and actively explore new ways to apply it. You communicate clearly, enjoy working closely with others, and take ownership of your work. At the same time, you are adaptable and comfortable working in a role that is evolving, where new ways of working are continuously being explored. Your interest in fashion, combined with a hands-on mindset and a drive to work with AI, makes you a strong fit. 

We imagine that you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience from a creative role such as content creator, photographer, or creative director
  • Have hands-on photoshoot experience  
  • Have experience with AI-generated content and a clear interest in developing it further
  • Have a strong eye for detail and know what works in practice
  • Are an experienced user of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign and have experience with Weavy and CaptureOne
  • Communicate fluently in English
