Do you enjoy working hands-on with digital marketing that directly supports sales?

As our B2B Digital Coordinator for VILA, you will drive digital marketing activities across B2B channels, from content and campaigns to performance tracking - ensuring our initiatives translate into traffic, engagement, and orders. 

ABOUT THE TEAM  
You will be a part of our Digital Sales team - a team with diverse competencies, working closely together to reach our goals. In your role, you will collaborate with both Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment across campaigns, products, and commercial priorities. You will also coordinate with colleagues across markets, making collaboration and clear communication key to driving strong digital performance. 

YOUR ROLE  
You will own our digital communication and activations across B2B channels. You will coordinate and execute newsletters and social media content, ensuring collections, campaigns, and events are translated into strong digital execution on our B2B platform. You will build and optimise digital pages, support sales activations, and refine content to drive traffic, engagement, and orders across the B2B customer journey. A key part of your role is performance tracking, analysing traffic and campaign results and turning insights into actions that continuously improve our digital performance. 

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Creating and optimising content to drive traffic, engagement, and orders
  • Driving digital communication around events and sales activations
  • Monitoring and analysing performance metrics  
  • Tracking links and evaluating campaign results to improve future performance
  • Contributing to the continuous optimisation of the B2B customer journey

YOUR PROFILE 
You take responsibility for your tasks and ensure initiatives move forward across teams and deadlines. You enjoy coordinating and working closely with colleagues across functions, creating structure and following up to secure alignment and progress. You understand digital marketing and what drives online sales. Using data to guide your decisions, you turn insights into actions that improve traffic, conversion, and overall digital performance. 

We imagine that you bring:  

  • A background in multimedia design, communication, e-commerce, digital marketing or similar
  • Experience within digital marketing or e-commerce (B2C or B2B)
  • An analytical mindset and experience working with data
  • Knowledge of digital customer journeys
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
