Then you might be the Buying Assistant we are looking for for VILA’s main team. 

YOUR TEAM 
You will join a dedicated Main Buying team that works together to create collections with the right balance of quality, craftsmanship, sustainability, and trends. The MAIN collection is a central part of VILA’s success, and with eight collections each year, our work is both fast-paced and full of exciting opportunities. YOUR ROLE 
As a Buying Assistant, you will become an integrated part of our main team, working specifically with denim products. You will play a key role in supporting the buying process from idea to final product, working closely with colleagues across buying, design and sales, as well as maintaining a strong dialogue with our suppliers around the world.
You will be involved in preparing collections, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and supporting the team in delivering the right products at the right time - always with a focus on quality, price and current trends.
More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Daily support to buyers and close collaboration with suppliers
• Coordinating processes across the team and ensuring smooth workflows
• Preparing and structuring collections
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue with suppliers
• Following up on production and deliveries
• Creating and handling sample orders, including follow-up on sales samples

YOUR PROFILE  
You are eager to learn and have an interest in buying, collaboration and communication. With a structured approach, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift, and you enjoy taking action and driving things forward. You have an eye for detail and take pride in working with precision, while still maintaining a good overview. At the same time, you are curious and motivated to develop your understanding of a more technical and complex product group like denim.  As a person, you are proactive, independent and a team player who builds strong relationships across teams and with suppliers.
We are looking for someone who brings:

• Education within purchasing and/or relevant buying experience
• A structured and administrative mindset
• Solid numeracy and business understanding 
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
