We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team, while one of our valued colleagues is on parental leave. In this role, you will create visual designs and graphic animations for VILA and ROUGE EDIT, used across markets and channels.
WORKING AS ONE TEAM
You will join our Marketing department, a team of 14 dedicated and skilled colleagues working together in a dynamic and international environment. Within our Marketing department, you will create visually design for VILA and ROUGE EDIT. ROUGE EDIT is an independent brand within VILA - a high-quality fashion label currently experiencing strong growth and exciting development.
STAY ON TOP OF WHAT’S NEW
As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our Digital Sales team and help shape the visual expression of our B2B sales platform across ROUGE EDIT and VILA, creating visual content that helps drive traffic and improve the user experience. You will work across digital and physical touchpoints and take part in the full creative process, from idea to final delivery - while ensuring a consistent visual expression across channels and brands.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms
- Create visual content for website, email marketing and social media
- Develop presentations and materials for Digital Showrooms
- Design physical materials for showrooms, stores and catalogues
- Ensure a consistent visual expression across all touchpoints
- Staying up to date with design trends and techniques to ensure our designs are innovative and always evolving

YOUR PROFILE
You balance technical skills with creativity and have a strong eye for aesthetics, details and finish. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and approach your tasks in a structured way, even when working on several projects at once. You take responsibility for your work, meet your deadlines, and follow tasks through completion. You are a team player who values collaboration and understands that the best results are created together.
Alongside this, we hope you bring the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
- Experience working with graphic design, ideally within fashion or lifestyle, and a solid understanding of typography, colour, layout and visual hierarchy
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects
- Experience with e-commerce or B2B sales platforms is an advantage
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
