Join us as a Junior Buyer at VILA and help drive our commercial success by securing the right products in the right quantities for our B2B customers, based on sales performance and market demand. 

YOUR TEAM  
You will join our NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) buying team, a dedicated, helpful and dynamic team of 8 people with an ambitious and informal work environment. Our team combines customer-specific needs with data insights to secure the best product assortment for our B2B customers. You will work closely with your team, the NOOS sales team, planners, and suppliers, collaborating across functions to turn data and demand into commercial success. 

YOUR JOB 
As a Junior Buyer, you will cover all aspects of the buying process – from idea to product. Your primary responsibility will be to continuously create and maintain the best product package for our B2B customers. Together with your NOOS team and relevant stakeholders, you will, based on data and insights, help ensure that we have the right qualities, prices, and deliveries, and that our products align with current trends and meet our customers’ expectations. 

More specifically your tasks will include:  

• Sourcing fabrics, quality, price negotiation and delivery with international suppliers  
• Secure an optimal price mix across the NOOS collections 
• Follow up closely on sales samples and production 
• Participating in sales meetings & supplier visits    
• Present NOOS products at our sales meetings

Driven by ambition, you understand quality, price, and trends, and you are motivated to build your business acumen and sharpen your negotiation skills. Your communication and collaboration skills help you build solid relationships both internally and externally.  

We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications to the job:   

• Education within purchase and/or relevant buying experience is an advantage 
• Experience in buying and product development, preferably within outerwear 
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
