We are looking for a new colleague to join VILA’s fast-growing CBO (Cross Border Online) team where the focus is on some of our biggest online customers. You will join our family of fighters in an organization with a lot of opportunity for personal- and professional development. 

THE TEAM  
You will be a part of an ambitious and focused CBO Team of 10 people with different tasks and responsibilities within sales and support for Zalando, About You, Asos and other large online customers. Our highest priority is to ensure that our customers are experiencing the highest service level, the best product package and outstanding cooperation. We work in a fast-paced environment, where we believe that we achieve our success together as a team. In this role, you will also work in close collaboration with our Sales department and NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) colleagues, ensuring strong alignment and seamless execution across all areas of our business.

THE JOB
As CBO Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to serve our online customers – including Amazon and About You. Through close dialogue with the customer and daily feedback from the Sales Responsible and your manager, you will ensure that the workflow between VILA and our key account customers works excellent. Daily tasks will be order handling, follow-ups on the product flow, preparations of statistics etc. At all times, you ensure that our customers feel confident in their cooperation and results with VILA.  Most important tasks:

  • Placing and following up on sales orders, ensuring deadlines and product flow are met
  • Following up and checking flow of goods, stock and that all orders are placed correctly
  • Direct correspondent and contact with customers and participate in customer meetings
  • Further development of performance and analysis tools, including integration and support of these tools
  • Building reports and tools in Excel and Power BI (product performance & customer behavior) and ensure data validation
  • Monitoring, analyzing and reporting of relevant KPIs

YOUR PROFILE  
You are motivated by building strong relationships and contributing to great cooperation, both internally and externally. You are someone who thrives on structure, takes responsibility and shows initiative, and you naturally challenge the status quo to improve processes.  We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications to the job:  

  • Experience as a coordinator or in a similar sales position – preferably within the fashion industry and working closely with key accounts
  • Able to make thoughtful, insight-driven decisions based on sales performance and data
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
